Laptop to TV, VGA to hdmi cable
Hello, I have the Dell N5030.I bought a VGA to HDMI cable to connect the laptop to the TV so i can watch films etc through my laptop. Im really struggling to work out how to connect it to the tv however, everythings in the right slots but i think i need to adjust something on the settings. Anything would be appreciated, thanks guys

VGA is analog; HDMI is digital. A cable will not make the connection - you need a powered converter box to do the job.
