Latitude 7480 - Touchpad isn't working

Hey,

I'm running Win10 64b OS, and tried to install the appropriate driver (Dell-Touchpad-Driver_9HG8R_WIN_10.2207.101.108_A00_02.exe), but gets: "This driver does not support your touchpad".

all other drivers are working fine, and i have the latest Bios.

please help.

If drivers are in correct order:

Installing (touchpad) drivers through Windows Update - Type Setting onto search box, click Update And Security, and select Check for Updates. Install any available updates and restart computer if required.

Also check Update History for any failed updates

I'm using a 7480 with Win10 64-bit and that exact driver installed right now.  Maybe try uninstalling any existing Dell Touchpad driver you've got installed (it's listed under Programs and Features) before installing the new one?

Make sure you've installed the Intel Serial IO driver first too.
