Latitude D510 blue screen on shutdown, wont turn off, will restart instead
I recently got a Latitude D510 from a friend, he says it wont turn off unless you hold down the power button, I tried turning it off by the start menu selection (windows 7 home premium sp1)
And it starts turning off. Then a Blue screen pops up for at least 30 seconds and then it restarts.
HELP ME PLEASE

I wouldn't have bought such a laptop from a "friend".
Return it to him for a full refund.

No, He just gave it to me, Thats how good of a friend he is.
I found these settings in the control panel.
P.S. If you don't have a solution, dont type in a response please.
