Latitude D630 - DDock PCI issues

I have the following configuration:

D630 with 4GB RAM and Windows 7 x64, latest Intel drivers for video.

Docking Station PD-01-X having installed in the internal PCI slot a video card NVidia GT610 (512MB).

The issue: The PCI video card is recognized, drivers from NVidia are installed correctly, BUT... in the Device Manager it has an exclamation point and Code 12 (not enough resources available).

If I start the laptop with the dock video priority in BIOS, at some point during Windows start-up I get an error and laptop reboots.

I did try to deactivate the Intel video, GT610 got rid of exclamation mark, but it still cannot boot with the card. Something else in the system gets hold of those resources.

What are others experiences with DDock video cards? What resources should I "free" to make it work?
