Latitude E5420 BIOS update version A02 not available.
So we're trying to flash the BIOS on a latitude E5420 laptop and we cannot because it errors out that we need version A02 flashed on the system first (has BIOS version A01 at the moment). However we go to Dell drivers via dell.com/support and all we can download is BIOS version A03 and version A14.
Question: where can we get the BIOS version A02 to flash the E5420 laptop to version A14?
