Latitude E6400 keyboard backlight not working on windows 8.1
Can somebody please help? Keyboard back-light not working since the installation of windows 8.1. It was working totally fine on windows 7. Installed the Dell control point application but it didn't helped.
It flickers on its own sometime but that's all.

Hi hassanahmed,
Unfortunately, none of the Latitude E6400's support Windows 8. Installing this OS may have caused your issues. From a Dell support perspective, we would advise you revert back to the original OS for optimum performance.

Hi there, thanks for your reply.
Actually every thing else is working nice and fine so i decided to go with windows 8. Also people are using their keyboard backlight on windows 8 so my guess is my problem has a potential solution waiting to be discovered.
