Latitude E6500 Issues

First main issue i have talked with Dell about and am hoping will be resolved.  My computer makes loud clicking noises every so often when it appears to be "resetting" or something. Myself and my colleagues have diagnosed it as the harddrive but im not really sure. So i will see what comes of that.

The other issue is i have a folder C:\Program Files\Dell pop up when my computer starts up.  I cant find it in the startup setup so i dont know how to solve the issue.  Any help would be appreciated
