Latitude e5470 with PCIe 1T disk
is it possible? more precisely adding a samsung 960 Pro Nvme 1T
will I be able to boot Linux using it?

Do you currently have an M.2 drive in the system? If not, you will need to possibly order an M.2 bracket. I also couldn't find much but 512GB was the highest it was configured with. I am not saying the 1TB drive won't work but didn't find much (it was only configured with 512GB from Dell).
Linux is something I am sure you could get to work, but it is not something I have used on that system.
