Latitudes (D630 & D620) VERY Slow Loading XP
Both of our Latitudes running XP Pro are very, very slow to boot. After you enter the password, it can take up to 15 minutes to bring up the desktop. This happens on battery, on A/C, connected to the network or not. Windows Updates are all current; BIOS is the latest; and they are free of any viruses and malware.
Can anyone help? Thanks!

Maybe something like a free registry cleaner may help. www.ccleaner.com . make sure you backup the changes it makes incase of problems.
