Lines across screen 14 XPS L421X
Hello,
I can't determine if I need a new screen or what to do to resolve this issue. I've tried taking it apart and reseating the video connection, but there's no change. I'm debating on buying a complete replacement screen assembly, but I'm not sure it will fix the issue. Please let me know if anyone has experienced this issue.

Please run the LCD BIST, following the steps from the below link:

The faulty part could be either LCD panel or the LVDS cables.
