The Dell logo just keeps coming up again and again gos black in between I can hear what I think is the hard drive click everytime

Please list your Dell model number and version of windows. Example: Dell Inspiron 3543, windows 10
Secondly, I suggest you run Diagnostic tool on the system.
1. Power off the system
2. Power on the system, quickly start tapping the F12 key continuously. You should be in the Diagnostic screen, run full tests as well. Please report back any error codes
