Lost Fast Access in reformat xps1645
Please can anyone help, I had Fast Access installed on my laptop when I bought it but when I had to reformat I've lost it and when I've tried to reinstall from my account on dell it's saying
Fast Access can only be installed on systems with a previous installation
Can anyone point me to a download of Fast Access that will install on my laptop please

Fast Access Facial Recognition Software should be available for download from Drivers and Downloads enter your service tag, select your operating system, click on security. It may say Authentec but it should be Fast Access.

Hiya thanks for replying Rick, I have detected my system on dell and downloaded fast access but like I said in the op it's saying can only be installed on a system with a previous installation is there anyway around this please?
