M3800 suddenly stopped charging
I have m3800 laptop about 4 months old. Was ok until today. I connected the charger when battery was at 10% but it shows no charging in windows and it seems battery drains down.
The led light on the charging cable is lit. So i guess the charger is ok..
What could be done?

While plugged in and running remove the battery, wait 30 seconds and reinstall. As you should be still under warranty, contact Dell.

It doesn't get any power when plugged. Neither battery nor laptop itself. The led on the end of the cable is on but the power isn't getting in. Also this is ultra book. The battery is not separable. I don't want to open the case to avoid losing the warranty. Will call dell on Monday.

If you have a volt meter, you can check the output of the power supply.
