McFee Endpoint Encryption
My laptop is not working and the screen shows the following message:
Mcfee Endpoint Encryption
Fatal error: [oxEE000005] Failed to deserialize type
need help please. what i need to do?

This issue is resolved in Endpoint Encryption for PC 6.1, which is available from the McAfee Downloads site.
http://www.mcafee.com/us/downloads/downloads.aspx.
Please let me know if this helps.

Hi josevilla,
Please download the Mcafee Endpoint Encryption for PC 6.1 from the link provided previously and install it on your system which would over install on the previous version.

I have the same problem with my dad's laptop. I can't find the file you suggested. I can't start the laptop in safe mode and I am lost, can you help me?
