Military Time

I want to set the third clock to military time. My main is EST, and the second is London time. Any suggestions. Windows 8.1  17R Inspiron 5737.

I found this-- To set military time, open Control Panel, Clock. Language and Region, Change date, time number formats. Choose capitals for the hour--HH instead of hh changes the time to military time.

Not sure if this changes all the clocks to military time or just one.
