My Dell Inspiron 11 keeps freezing up
I have a Dell Inspiron 11 i3147-5000sLV 2 in 1 notebook operating on Windows 8.1. It keeps freezing up and has to be hard booted to close it and then restart. This happens in many different ways and isn't just when I'm using Chrome or any other particular program. In fact. It sometimes locks up on start with the Dell logo on screen. Is there anything I can do before returning this to Best Buy for assistance?

If you haven't run the diagnostics on the laptop then follow the steps mentioned in the video below and check if there is any issue with the hardware on your system.
Power on the system, quickly tap F12 continuously every second. It should take you to Advanced boot options.
