Looks like system backup and recovery might have got corrupted. In case you have created backup (USB) earlier consider using them and set the computer back to factory stage. (Backup all important data before this process). Else please provide me the service tag of your tablet through a private message to check for available options.

I have the same problem with my Dell Inspiron 15R.
It says that "Dell Back up and recovery has not been able to detect the recovery partition".
Please help, I don't know what to do...

I am running Windows 8.1. I may have done this myself. Do I need to re-boot everything?
