My Dell XPS M2010 won't start up after trying to install Windows XP.

We bought our M2010 in parts from ebay. when we got everything and put it together we tryed running the xp installation disk for it. The setup started and was going fine but then it froze, we let it sit just in case it wasn't. when a half hour past we turned off the system and when we went to boot it back on the lights light up, and the cd drive spins. but nothing else happens. please help.

This seems like the video card or motherboard, or both. Happened to me.
