My Download List

I have Drivers in My Download List that I need to download. When I click the Download Now, the DellDriverDownloadmanager.application window pops up.

I have already downloaded and installed the Dell Download Manager.

on the link below, in Section 4, I am lost after the Step 5, because the DellDriverDownloadmanager.application window keeps popping up.
