My Download List

I do not understand how to download the drivers I have selected.  I have created one My Download List of various drivers to install on Windows 7.  Dell says to select "Use Download Manager" to continue.  I do NOT see anywhere the option for "Use Download Manager" or any other indication whatsoever on how to download the selected drivers or how to download the list of drivers created.  Dell also mentions an option "Download This List" - I do not see that option anywhere.

So how does one download the drivers selected as a group and where does one find this option?

Thank you in advance for any and all help on this.  I am wasting so much time on this and have not gotten anywhere.
