My IP address wont change from 0.0.0.0 i have tried most things..
My IP address will not restore, I have tried many times and although it is connected to the WIFI it does not appear to want to connect to the internet or even with a cable the same issue.
I would like to do a factory reset but the mini 9 does not have an F11 key and so this seems inprobably available to me?
I did try several things but currently it wont work, any suggestions..

Did you try system restore?
Try running WinSock XP Fix?
Look at page 35 in the Dell 910 Manual.
