My Inspiron 7559 shut off randomly and it doesnt turn on anymore
I was playing cs go for about 25 minutes when my laptop restarted , when it was booting back up it refused to do anything , cycling between "This pc has run into a problem and cant run windows :(" and booting up screen . i have tried many things including the remove batery and ac adapter , hold power button for 15 secs and that didnt work , can someone pls help me .. what do i do ??

Was there any update before the sudden shut down??
Is the machine overheating?
Please try to run the diagnostics from f12 menu and let us know how it goes.
What windows version is the machine running on?
Do provide us the system tag# and also confirm the name the system is registered under by clicking on my name in blue and then select send a private message. Also let us know the contact number and email address.

I didnt update before the computer crashed . Laptop is clean and it didnt overheat . I ran the diagnostics for 3 hours and it didnt find any problem anywhere its running windows 10 . I reset and installed a new operating sistem and it turned off , but sometimes after a couple of minutes it freezed and when i testarted it didnt turn on again . I dont know what the problem there is
