My Inspiron n5110 doesn't detect an nVidia card at all!
I've seen online that the Inspiron 15R (n5110) has a dedicated nVidia GT 525M.The frustrating problem is that my computer doesn't detect anything. Other than the Dell drivers, nothing! Device Manager can't even find it
Normally the nVidia driver should be displayed here, but it isn't. Other posts say I have to reinstall nVidia. I've tried installing the drivers from this site and from nVidia's site, but both say "NVIDIA Installer cannot continue" "This graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware"

You don't have a separate video card. The article you found listed an optional card that had to be ordered. The base model had onboard graphics. It is listed under UMA.
