My brand new Inspiron One 2020 already has a password but I do not know it and cannot logon to enable security
How do I reset the user password. It asks for a previously prepared password reset disk I do not have.

Hi,
If you had previously created a Windows password reset disc you will be able to reset the password. However you can try reseting the password using the link below.
