My laptop won't boot
My laptop is of inspiron 5000 series. I accidentally spilled some liquid on it and since then it won't boot. After the dell logo it just shows checking media then after some seconds it shows-no boot device found. Press any key to reboot the machine." I bought it about 7 months ago. Still under warranty. Please help.

If you haven't opened up the system to clean out the liquid, that is the first thing to do. You must identify exactly what got wet -- it sounds like the drive did, and if you're lucky, that will be the only component that's bad. It's among the least expensive parts to replace.
The warranty will not cover accidental damage like this though - only if you purchased system insurance would the damage be covered.
