N4010 Debian Squeeze Hibernate Problem

Anyone else running Squeeze on a N4010?

It works great with one small problem.

Sometimes restore from Hibernate fails

It was a fresh install of squeeze, I dual Boot with windows 7

At boot I also get a "I/O resource ACPI address region conflict" at boot
