NEW Dell Inspiron 13 7000 laptop screen cracked by itself
I purchased a new Dell Inspiron 13 7000 laptop one month ago. I seldom used it till this week. All of the sudden, there is a crack on the screen (a long curve line across the screen). Now the touch screen is not working. Did anybody have this problem with this model? Did Dell fix it for you without any charges?
I believe I should still have a year warranty. Please advise. Thanks.

Had the same thing happen. They want 269.00 for the repair. I swore I checked off accidental coverage but it appears I did not. It's not covered under the regular warranty.
