Hi
NTLDR is a system file required for the the boot up of the OS.
If this file is missing then you get the message. It mite have been deleted by a user or by a virus.
Now you can get this fixed if you have an OS disk.
Boot from the OS Disk and you will get the option to repair the OS already installed.
This should take care of the problem.
