NVIDIA Windows Kernel Mode Driver v259.22 crashes and reinitializes itself often

Hi, i've got a Dell Precision M4500 and this error in the graphics driver has been bugging me for too long! It occurs consistently when utilizing for example web/css animations through the Chrome browser, i'm guessing its choking on some hardware accelerated stuff. The screen turns black for a couple of seconds, then slowly the image reappears. Updating drivers i've tried in the past of course, also i found some other supposed registry fixes which i just didn't go into, i mean can you spell dodgy?

Anyway, the driver->graphicscard->dell hardware combination seems also dodgy and i hope somebody can help me put this to rest once and for all!
