Need Log files for USB video device

My Dell Latitude laptop has Windows XP operating system. It also have an integrated webcam.
I have a USB video device as a device in My computer. 
So if I double click it, I can see a folder with camera on and I can take pictures in it.

Now I want to know how many times this USB video device is opened and at what times it is opened??
I tried different log files in C:/windows folder, but none of them, specifies at what time camera is opened.

How can I track when this camera is opened? Is there any where windows maintains log files for this usb camera device?
Please help me with this
