Need an advice regarding Dell XPS m1530 upgrade (Memory and HDD)

I am willing to upgrade my Dell XPS laptop to be exact increase the ram from 2GB to 4GB and replace my hard disk to something no less then 320GB  so i need some advice and suggestions to choose right model parts.

How are the WD hard drives ? Would this HDD be fine http://www.wdc.com/en/products/products.asp?driveid=482

You need two, 2G DDR2-667 modules;  crucial.com is a good source for certified to work RAM.

You can use any 2.5" 9.5 mm SATA notebook drive you wish.  If you want 7200 rpm, 500 G is the ceiling - you can go larger at 5400 rpm or lower.
