Need e6400 FCM / Flash Cache Modules Info

I have a Latitude e6500, with Windows 7 SP1 x64. I want to add a FCM card to the unit, either 2GB or 4GB, to get the maximum benefits of the unit.

1. Has anyone added a FCM to their laptop? If so, what is your opinion of it?

2. What are the specs and part numbers for the 2GB and 4GB versions for the Dells? There are some on eBay, but some are for IBM Thinkpads and I want to make sure I get one that is compatible with the Dells. I have searched the web, Dell's site and these forums with little sucess.

3. The manuals only include on how to remove and replace.

If anyone has any info, actual use, any feedback on using the FCM's with the e6500 unit or other laptops, I would like to hear your experiences or comments, especially with Windows 7.
