Need help to total wipe out my inspiron 1525 and reinstall the operating system.
I don't have the time to spend on the phone with some tech support who can't speak english and does nothing but mess my computer up more. I am having massive problems with my laptop and I want to wipe it clean and start over. Does anyone know the procedure to do this?
Thanks

XP: At the Dell screen, press CTRL and F11 once. Follow prompts.
Vista: Press F8 before Windows loads. From the menu, choose Repair my computer. Then choose the factory restore image and follow the prompts.
