Need help with Latitude E6400 Fingerprint Reader software install with Windows XP

I have just ordered a Latitude E6400 and plan on giving it a fresh install of XP Pro.  I've ordered it with a fingerprint reader, but only want to install the minimum amount of software to get the fingerprint reader working (ie. for windows logon and for website logins).  I do not need any other security features of the E6400, so I was hoping I did not have to install all the ControlPoint software files listed under 'Applications' (there are 5 different related files).  Can someone explain which of these ControlPoint files I will have to install?
