New Inspiron 15R 5521 problem with sound keys

Just Yesterday when Turned on my new Dell inspiron 5521 laptop i found some keys are not working

1)Sound buttons like play/pause,forward,backward,volume increase and decrease.

only mute is working

2)shift + 2 gives Double quotes in my laptop(") but it should give @ symbol where as shift + Double quotes button is giving me @ symbol.

3)shift +3 gives £ this symbol but it should give hash symbol (#) whereas pipe symbol 

s giving me hash(#) alone without using any shift keys .
