New Keyboard Button Plastic Retainers?

I was cleaning my keyboard and broke the plastic retainers under 8 of my keyboard buttons. I was wondering if anyone knew whether or not I could purchase these items anywhere. I do NOT want to have to pay money to get my whole keyboard replaced when the plastic retainers themselves are so cheap and my buttons are in working shape.
