New laptop froze when I was setting it up
Can anyone help me. I received my new laptop today and when I was setting it up it froze. I pressed ctl/alt/del that usually just closes the program. but it shut it down, black screen and won;t come back on. Is there a reset of some sort or trick to bring it back???

Please list your Dell model and version of windows. Example: Dell Inspiron 3543, windows 10
I also like to ask if you're able to boot into windows ?

Try the Dell Support Site for warranty support. Use the adapter plugged into an outlet and not just the battery on the laptop.
