I purchased an XPS 15z just last month with 3-year premium cover, as I was bound for overseas and needed the international cover. Recently, I have found that my customer data has been apparently wiped from Dell's database and my laptop is covered by no warranty at all. I hope someone from customer support can have a look at this ASAP. Service tag to be provided upon request.
