OS language problem

Hi,

i am interested in buying the Dell laptop:-

inspiron-15-5547 from the dell Netherlands site.

I dont understand Dutch & would configure the OS language to English later. I would like to know if the system boot menu & system tools (F8) options will be in dutch or English. Can this be configured?
