Omega Catalyst Drivers for Inspiron 5520

My laptop is an Inspiron 15R 5520 with an AMD HD 7670 card and an integrated Intel HD4000 card. I tried Installing the newly released Omega drivers from the AMD website( version 14.1), but my graphics card was not being recognized by Catalyst. Hence, I uninstalled Omega, and then reinstalled the latest drivers from the Dell website(after doing system detect).

I realized that it might be because Dell provides modified versions of AMD drivers for my laptop. However, the most recent version on the Dell drivers site is 8.9 or so(last updated September 2013).

Forgive me if I'm wrong, but there have been no new driver updates for 18 MONTHS, while other devices(from other companies, etc) containing my card(or similar cards) have been gaining tremendous performance increases from the Omega Catalyst drivers. Is there some kind of workaround for installing the Omega drivers properly?
