If Intel doesn't have drivers, you're out of luck.

Sadly dell does not care about updating video drivers. Intel updates divers all the time yet we are often stuck with drivers from last year....
If only dell would let us install OEM drivers

I just realized that my new computer doesn't support Opengl. Looks like it's headed back to Dell.
