PLEASE HELP
Blue screen all I see and dignistics tools told me that I need to contact dell error 2000-0142
i just bought this lap[top so recently
Service Tag: <ADMIN NOTE: Service tag removed per privacy policy>
Error Code: 2000-0142
VALIDATION: 113998
Hard Drive 0 - S/N Y5NTT37NT, Shotself test unsuccessful.
PLEASE HELP
