Please recommend stylus for Dell Inspiron 15R

I have Dell Inspiron 15R touchscreen and was wondering if I can use a stylus. Please recommend one. Can I use stylus made for mobile phone and tablets since there are many available in market at very low cost. 

Looking for something that is cheap and good at use.
