Possible graphics problem on dell 5548

I heard that Dell 5548 has two graphics card. Intel for light use and amd for heavy use. I installed the game assassin Creed syndicate on my Dell 5548 and it lags as ***. When I check it runs on the Intel graphics. Is there any way to fix this?? Please help
