Powerdvd 9.6 on laptop 7520
would liike to reinstall the original oem powerdvd 9.6 / could not find it anywhere ? Tech support sent out a powerdvd 12 and still could not install the product. Received a failure on install each and every time.

is there anyway of getting the original media for this computer-- I believe the Dell part number is R4DW2
