Precision M4600 FAN Behavior

Hi all,

I own a DELL Precision M4600.

I have noticed that although the temperature gets high (e.g. 70 Celsius degrees), the fans do not speed up in order to cool down the system.

I have set the power scheme to high perfomance so that the cooling is always active.

I mention this as when I recently updated the bios, during the update the fans were working at 100%, making the proper noise.

But if the temperature gets high the fans are not working even on 80%, as I can not hear them.

Should this be addressed by DELL?

I mean, in what temperature are the fans going to work at 100% of their potential ?
