Problem-Laptop Unable to boot-Dell Inspiron 6000

Hi guys,

 

Some body plz help me get out of this problem, mine is a Dell Inspiron 6000 laptop, and few days ago while i was connecting my laptop to internet thru my cell phone using bluetooth, both the mobile and laptop hang, the laptop screen was showing like a no tv signal( struck) screen, i tried to exit it by Alt+ f4 but unable to do the same and i even tried using Alt+ Cntrl+ Del but unable to shutdown, later i have to go for forced shutdown using power button, later when i switch on my laptop its not at all booting, the power LED and Bluetooth LED is glowing for a while and again switching off, without even booting and no screen display, could some body help me know what could be the problem? and is there anybody who can help me get out of this problem? if not then is there any Dell service center available in Andhra Pradesh, or Bangalore? if any body could know please help me get that.
