Problem with "Activate Bluetooth Using Wireless Switch"
hi everybody
i've got a DELL Inspiron 15 3542 . with Win7 64 bits
i downloaded all drivers from this site
when i try to install Bluetooth driver ( Network_Driver_NT9P6_WN_6.30.223.99_A00)
it showes an error message "Activate Bluetooth Using Wireless Switch" .
i can't find a solution
please help me with my problem

1. Verify that Bluetooth is turned on in the bios
2. Remove the generic bluetooth device in Device Manager
3. Manually Added the appropriate bluetooth device in device manager ( dell bluetooth module you download from site )
4. Ran the update "setupbluetoothDFu in the unpacked R273941. Verified that Bluetooth is turned on in the bios
2. Removed the generic bluetooth device in Device Manager
3. Manually Added the appropriate bluetooth device in device manager
4. Ran the update "setupbluetoothDFu in the unpacked BT driver
5. Installed the BT driver you downloaded
6. Start BT see if it works.

Forget the first step 2, 3 & 4, it's for a different model, my copy /paste from my support form messed up.
Follow second
2 3 4 5 6 after you restart your laptop and hit F-2 to check BIOS and verify
It's turned on in the BIOS!

thanks my sister for your advice and your Interest
i tried many solution
and i don't know how the bluetooth begin work..
Although the same problem stay when i try to install the progreme
however now i can send and receive files.....
thank you again...^^!
