Problem with the language pack and the driver

My dell came with windows 8.1 but in german language. After a long struggle i managed to change the display and the keyboard language to english by installing a language pack. There was a problem, most of the things have changed to english but some parts are still in german. For example when i right click on the apps on the start screen i get the list in german. When i contacted Microsoft Technical Support about this issue, they said that the drivers are in german. They asked me to contact Dell about this issue and seek their advice to solve my problem.
