Well.. Before downloading drivers, what kind of Bluetooth card do you have installed, and which OS are you running?

 

 

I have Windows XP for a Dell Laptop.  The system did not come with bluetooth on it.  How do I get it?

 

 

Without a Bluetooth card, you won't get connectivity with a bluetooth device. First step would be to contact Dell, and ask them to quote you a compatible BT card.
